SHIPPING CONDITIONS
We only ship to the countries listed below as standard.
Depending on the size of your order and the country, shipping is carried out by UPS or Fedex.
The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.
If you would like us to ship to another country, please send us an email (salesmanager@alexander-shorokhoff.de) and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code.
We will then let you know at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.

We usually ship the watches with UPS Express Saver.
At the customer’s request, we can also offer cheaper shipping with DHL, which can take up to 20 days from country to country.
As soon as your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from us by e-mail, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
If you need the watch on a specific date, such as a birthday, or if you can only receive the watch on a certain day of the week, please let us know.
We will try to help you as much as we can.
Express and Saturday deliveries will be charged extra.
The goods are insured for the full value of the goods.
Please contact us directly in the event of transport damage.
The watch has an exquisite design better upclose than in the pictures. I enjoy the watch every other day and it is worth the money.
